I was impressed with how quickly ProTect Painters responded to my call, came to give me an estimate and set up a date for starting the project. The estimate was reasonable and everything proceeded as planned. I was also impressed with the great customer services given by Harrison and his painting team. Harrison even went out of his way to personally knock on a neighbors door and ask for the colors of the paint they used on their house because I liked it so much. He then matched the colors and the painting began.
Harrison also went to the Home Owners Association and got the colors approved for me. I did not have to go through that process which was a time saver for me.
ProTect Painters made the entire process so quick and easy and I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbor. I love my new house. What an improvement! Thanks ProTect Painters.

The painters, Juan and Pedro, were wonderful. They worked very hard, did very precise work, and stayed late to finish every night. I also enjoyed working with the crew supervisor, Jose, and the owner, Dan Schaeffer. They both checked in regularly during the process.

I liked the their striking attitude toward customer service! I initially favored on a painting crew recommended by a church member. Frank called in response to an internet add my wife placed. Frank asked if he could come by and I said okay. Frank and I discussed what it would take to get the job done and what services he could offer including some extras. The first crew was rejected because they were not bonded or insured. I called Frank and scheduled a more detailed estimate.
A day or two later they started work. I was introduced to the painting crew's foreman. He was up beat jovial and very professional. We talked about the prep work, painting, clean up including some carpentry repairs needed to assure a quality job. After discussion, I asked how payments should be made. Frank and the fore said that no payment should be made until I was completely satisfied with the job which I was pleased to see was written into the contract. As the crew worked the foreman and workers would ask if I was pleased with the how their work looked. Their work attitude was up beat and highly professional.
When the job was completed, I made a list of items needing some touch ups. They went through every item and completed each one to my satisfaction. Again, the same up beat attitude was displayed. I was pleased with their corrections.
